Note

- Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.

- For the children between 5 and 12 years of age will be charged on the tariff half.

- 2.58% Service Tax will be charged extra on the Deccan Odyssey Tariff

- The tariff mentioned above comprises of travel, accommodation, sightseeing &excursions charges.

- The guest will be required to pay for video camera charges, alcohol beverages, laundry and other items of personal nature.

- 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure during Christmas/New Year.



Reservations

- 20% of the tariff has to be paid at the time of booking for FIT

- The rest 80% of the tariff will be paid 45 days before the start of the tour.



Cancellation

Any cancellation must be sent by Fax/E-mail/Letter to the 'Central Reservation Division' at its Head Office, in Mumbai.

- 20% of the ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure.

- 50% of ticket value 8 to 23 days before the commencement date of the tour.

- Less then 14 days prior to departure 100% of ticket value
